Chocolate Peanut Butter Lasagna

A decadent no-bake dessert with rich layers of peanut butter and chocolate that brings people together.

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Chocolate shavings or additional whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold in one cup of the whipped cream to add airiness to the mixture.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk according to package instructions until thickened.
  4. Layering Time: Lay a full layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over them.
  5. Repeat the Layers: Add another layer of graham crackers and pour half of the chocolate pudding over this layer. Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture and finish with the last layer of graham crackers topped with chocolate pudding.
  6. Top it Off: Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top.
  7. Chill and Set: Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For a twist, try adding a layer of sliced bananas or strawberries for a fruity addition or swirl in some Nutella for extra richness.
