Chocolate Lasagna

A delightful no-bake chocolate dessert layered with creamy filling and a crunchy Oreo crust.

  • 250g Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 100g Butter, melted
  • 2 Packs of Chocolate Pudding (instant)
  • 500ml Milk
  • 200g Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 300ml Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan: Grab a 9×13 inch glass dish.
  2. Make the Oreo crust: In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press into the dish.
  3. Prepare the chocolate pudding: Mix instant pudding and milk, whisk for 2 minutes, and set aside.
  4. Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Layer it up: Alternate layers of pudding and cream cheese mixture in the dish.
  6. Chill time: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Add a final touch: Sprinkle crushed Oreos or drizzle chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

Let the lasagna chill overnight for the best flavor. You can customize it with mint extract or fruit layers.
