  • 2 potatoes, diced

  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Chop the onions, carrots, potatoes, and green beans.
  3. Combine the browned beef, chopped onion, carrots, diced potatoes, and green beans in the Crock Pot.
  4. Add the beef broth and the can of diced tomatoes, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Set the Crock Pot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Check the veggies’ doneness before serving.
