Blueberry Basil Lemon Lavender Mocktail

A refreshing summer mocktail that combines blueberries, basil, lemon, and lavender syrup for a delightful beverage experience.

  • 1 pint Fresh Blueberries (muddled)
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped)
  • ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice (juice of about 2 lemons)
  • ¾ cup Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 1½ cups Soda Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Blueberries: In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add your pint of fresh blueberries and gently muddle.
  2. Add the Chopped Basil: Throw in your cup of chopped fresh basil leaves and muddle again gently.
  3. Squeeze in Fresh Lemon Juice: Squeeze the juice of about two lemons (aiming for ½ cup) and stir the mixture.
  4. Introduce the Lavender Simple Syrup: Drizzle in ¾ cup of your lavender syrup and gently stir.
  5. Add Soda Water and Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in 1½ cups of soda water.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a sprig of basil and blueberries, adding a slice of lemon if desired.

Notes

Try using flavored sparkling water for a fun twist, and don’t forget to freeze blueberries or basil leaves in ice cubes for extra flair!
