A delicious homemade pizza featuring caramelized onions and artichokes, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Olive Oil
  • Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • Artichoke Hearts, Sliced
  • Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh Basil (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface until about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Caramelize the onions in a skillet with olive oil and salt for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Assemble the pizza by drizzling olive oil on the dough, adding the onions, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
