  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage slaw
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp: Rinse and pat dry, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Create the breading stations: Set up bowls with flour and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Breading time: Dip shrimp in flour, then breadcrumbs, ensuring it sticks.
  4. Air Frying the shrimp: Preheat air fryer to 385°F. Cook shrimp in a single layer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Make the Bang Bang sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble your tacos: Spread cabbage slaw on the tortilla, add shrimp, and drizzle with sauce.
  8. Garnish with lime or cilantro if desired.

Notes

Try different proteins or toppings to customize your tacos! Using avocado in your slaw can add a fruity flavor.
